#36 - 1948 Lincoln Continental Cabriolet Convertible

  This RARE 1948 Lincoln Continental Cabriolet Convertible was the last of the original continental series and only 452 were ever produced. This one is and older frame up restoration that was done by the owner who has passed on. I have personally known this person for over 50 years and his widow has asked me to sell the car so it can continue to be enjoyed. It has sat idle for quite a few years but recently completed a 260 mile trip to be used in a wedding.
Highlights:

  • Great running 305 cubic inch V-12 130 hp original engine that has been completely overhauled
  • Standard three speed transmission with overdrive
  • Fully optioned car with push button doors, power windows, power top and original radio
  • Leather seats and door panels
  • All hydraulic pumps and hoses were replaced so windows and top operate smoothly
  • The body was stripped to bare metal and correctly refinished to the original color
  • This car has won many awards at various car shows!!!
